Job summary

Willingcare is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to work full-time in a UK nursery, 8:00am–6:00pm, with a salary up to £30,500 per year. The role focuses on high-quality care and learning within the EYFS framework and emphasizes outdoor play and exploration.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification, have nursery experience, understand EYFS, and bring a nurturing, team‑oriented approach with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience in a nursery/early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Nurturing, child-centered approach; good communication and teamwork.
• Passion for outdoor learning and child development.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and support engaging learning experiences and activities.
• Encourage curiosity, independence and confidence in children.
• Utilise outdoor learning environments to support development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
