Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a full-time, long-term role in a friendly nursery in Sittingbourne. The successful candidate will support children in the Early Years, delivering EYFS-aligned activities and building positive relationships to foster learning and wellbeing.

Requirements include a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, good EYFS knowledge, nursery experience, and strong communication/teamwork.

The nursery has a warm and caring team who are passionate about providing the very best start for every child, with staff consistently going above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel happy, confident and supported to reach their full potential.

The nursery is looking to appoint a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner on a full-time, long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children throughout the Early Years, delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework while promoting children's learning, development and wellbeing through positive relationships and high-quality care.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• A caring, patient and nurturing approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to get involved in all aspects of nursery life
