Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding policies.
• Ability to plan engaging activities around children’s interests and developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Plan engaging experiences that encourage exploration, imagination and learning.
• Observe and assess children's development and plan appropriate next steps.
• Support children's confidence, independence and emotional development.
• Act as a Key Person and build secure relationships with children and families.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a welcoming nursery environment.
