Job summary
Kramp Groep B.V. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our Biggleswade site. You will lead the Outbound team, ensuring accurate and timely customer order processing in a busy logistics environment.
In this role you will drive performance, coach staff, and uphold safety and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ERP/WMS usage. The position offers development opportunities within a growing European group.
Qualifications
- Experience leading a warehouse or logistics team (min 1 year).
- Strong people management and coaching skills.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and safety.
- Proactive in planning, prioritising, and delivering results.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily Outbound operations with 50+ staff to meet customer deadlines.
- Drive KPIs, quality, and productivity targets.
- Implement best practices across warehouse processes.
- Set daily/weekly objectives with the Warehouse Manager.
- Lead briefings and communicate priorities clearly.
- Foster safety, training, and accountability culture.
- Coach, develop and motivate team members.
