Kramp in Biggleswade is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support the outbound shift. The role involves picking, packing, receiving, and loading, with a 2pm–10pm, 37.5-hour week, and a 6-month contract with a view to permanency.

You will work in a fast-paced logistics team, focusing on accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfilment, with opportunities to develop within the role.

What is your role?

As a warehouse Operative, you will help contribute to the day to day running of our Outbound shift. Ensuring all customer orders are met maximizing efficiency and quality. You will be responsible for making sure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, all vehicles are loaded safely and correctly. Our ideal warehouse operative is a strong communicator who works well individually within a wider team environment. Warehouse operatives are punctual, reliable and keen to develop within their role, a basic understanding of English is required to comply with health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
