Job summary

Meritt LTD. is expanding its Sales Development function in the UK, seeking an enthusiastic SDR to start conversations, qualify needs and book high-quality demos. You will prospect across multiple channels, research target accounts and maintain clean CRM data.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging, maintain motivation to hit targets, and grow your career in SaaS sales, with potential representation at industry events.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12+ months of B2B SaaS sales/SDR experience.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resilience, curiosity, and a positive, coachable attitude.
• Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Alignment with Sales Development values: Growth Mindset, Ownership and Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Researching target accounts and building high-quality contact lists.
• Qualifying prospects to ensure strong fit.
• Keeping HubSpot and Salesloft up to date and organised.
• Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and strategy.
• Occasionally representing Meritt LTD at industry events.
