Habitable.co is looking for an ambitious Outbound SDR/BDR Specialist who loves driving sales through smart, data-powered prospecting. Your core mission will be generating high-quality meetings for our Account Executives by targeting SaaS, FinTech, and Healthcare companies with tailored outbound campaigns.

In your daily routine, you'll:

  • Execute personalized email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to decision-makers.
  • Leverage real-time market signals to enrich prospect targeting.
  • Manage outreach activities using our advanced sales tech stack.
  • Own and optimize your sales sequences, continuously testing new messaging to boost reply and meeting rates.
  • Report clearly on KPIs, proactively improving performance based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year proven B2B outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to write sharp and concise emails.
  • Ability to hit daily activity targets consistently.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools (CRM, email automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, VoIP).
  • Strong discipline in managing your workload remotely with minimal supervision.
