Job summary
Driftrock is hiring its first dedicated SDR to own outbound end to end. You will build target account lists, craft AI-assisted workflows, and run multi-channel sequences across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video to fuel our new-business pipeline.
You will qualify inbound leads quickly and report on outbound performance with a data-driven approach. The role offers fully remote work, a strong emphasis on experimentation, and the chance to shape an outbound function from scratch in a B2B software
Qualifications
- Track record of creating qualified pipeline as an SDR or similar outbound role.
- Experience building and optimizing multi-channel outbound sequences.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, list building, and drafting.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound end-to-end from research to booked meetings.
- Qualify and route inbound leads quickly to the sales team.
- Design and iterate multi-channel sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn, video).
- Use AI to improve outreach, research, and personalization.
- Keep CRM clean and up-to-date; report on outbound performance.
- Carry out experiments to document repeatable playbooks.
