The Role

Are you someone who loves working with people, motivating a team, and seeing everyone smash their goals?

As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and inspiring a small group of Brand Representatives. You’ll lead from the front—getting hands-on with customers—while also keeping the team motivated, trained, and performing at their best.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading by example with top-level customer interactions
• Training and mentoring new team members to hit targets and build confidence
• Tracking team performance and celebrating the wins
• Helping with recruitment, onboarding, and coaching sessions
• Setting daily goals and driving team energy
• Supporting campaign planning with fresh ideas and feedback
• Creating a fun, positive, ambitious team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership experience (even informal!) in retail, hospitality, sales, sports, or similar
• Someone who loves helping others succeed and brings good energy to the room
• Strong communicator who can motivate different personalities
• Goal-driven and excited by targets, incentives, and team success
• Organised but flexible—you’ll know when to push and when to have fun
• Ambition to grow into higher management roles (big opportunities here!)
