BMC Recruitment Group in the North East is partnering with a successful technology business to recruit an ambitious Outbound Sales Manager who can inspire and develop a high‑performing team of Business Development Executives.

You will own the UK outbound agenda, coach managers, drive KPI performance, shape strategy with marketing, and build a culture of accountability. This is a growth role with clear career progression and strong leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading outbound sales teams (SDR/BDR/Outband)
• Proven coaching track record to develop performers
• Strong prospecting, lead generation and pipeline skills
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Commercially aware with ability translate activity to revenue

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Business Development Executives.
• Deliver regular coaching, 1:1s and development plans.
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support onboarding and development of new team members.
• Recruitment, succession planning and future team growth.
