Job summary

VANRATH is recruiting an Outbound Sales Executive to join its Belfast commercial team. The role is hands-on with 50%+ outbound calling, lead generation and client reactivation.

The successful candidate will typically have around six months' experience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation and will receive full training on the company’s services. Qualifications

• Around 6 months' experience in outbound sales/telesales or lead generation.
• Confident when making outbound calls to new prospects.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working toward sales targets.
• Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
• B2B sales or appointment-setting experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing, lapsed and prospective clients.
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Re-engage dormant clients and identify new opportunities.
• Research and contact prospective B2B customers.
• Follow up leads and maintain CRM records.
• Achieve agreed call, activity and lead-generation targets.
• Pass qualified opportunities to the Account Management team.
• Support the wider Client Services team with client enquiries and administration.
• Develop knowledge of the company's products and services.
