Job summary

VANRATH in Belfast City Centre is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join Northern Ireland's leading specialist agency. You will build senior-level relationships with clients and candidates, and drive hiring across a wide range of sectors.

In a collaborative, supportive environment, you will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to placement, while benefiting from an OTE guarantee for the first six months, uncapped commission and private medical cover.

Qualifications

• At least 1 years' experience in a 360 recruitment or Tech sales role.
• Client facing tech experience.
• A strong academic background with the confidence to engage with senior-level professionals.
• A driven, self-motivated attitude and a passion for exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates through calls and face-to-face meetings.
• Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement, advertising roles, interviewing, and screening candidates.
• Managing end-to-end hiring with multiple warm clients and developing new business.

The Role

The Recruitment Consultant role in VANRATH involves relationship building at the senior level whilst also working with hiring managers and candidates in middle management across a wide range of clients. You will work in a supportive and collaborative setting, working alongside some of the longest-established and most successful recruitment professionals in the country, allowing you to maximise your potential and earnings as the market leader in your sector.

With an already warm client base and brand recognition built over 25+ years, you'll have every tool you need to succeed.

You'll be responsible for:
