Job summary

Calbarrie Compliance Services Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Cheltenham Sales team. This office-based role focuses on outbound calls, following up quotations, building customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will manage your own pipeline in a KPI-driven environment.

We offer a basic salary of GBP 28,000 - GBP 30,000 per annum, with an OTE bonus scheme and clear career progression into Account Management or Business Development for high performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' telesales, new business or internal sales experience.
• Good stability and permanence within previous employment history.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven and comfortable working to KPIs and sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritise workload effectively.
• Good IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversion.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote relevant company services.
• Respond professionally to inbound sales enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the CRM system.
• Manage a personal pipeline of opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Work closely with Business Development Managers and the wider sales team.
• Re-engage dormant and lapsed customers.
• Work consistently towards agreed sales targets, activity levels and KPIs.
