Calbarrie Compliance Services Ltd in Cheltenham is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers and the sales team, maintain CRM records, follow up quotations and handle enquiries to build strong relationships.

The role is office-based in Cheltenham, 8:30am to 5:00pm with 1-hour lunch, offering £26,000–£28,000 per year with OTE £30,000–£32,000 and a bonus scheme plus training and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service, sales administration or similar office-based role.
• Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Experience with CRM systems and Excel for record keeping.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain customer records within the CRM system.
• Follow up quotations and customer enquiries to drive repeat business.
• Make proactive calls to existing customers to encourage loyalty.
• Process customer orders and assist with sales administration.
• Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate information.
