Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service, sales administration or similar office-based role.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making soft sales calls and following up quotations.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain customer records within the CRM system.
• Follow up outstanding quotations and customer enquiries.
• Make proactive calls to existing customers to encourage repeat business and maintain relationships.
• Assist with sales administration activities, including processing customer orders.
• Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Work closely with the sales team to maintain accurate customer information.
• Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
