Calbarrie Compliance Services Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join our Cheltenham team. The role focuses on generating revenue through outbound calls, following up quotations, and developing customer relationships from a structured KPI-driven environment.

Based in Cheltenham, the office-based position offers a basic £28,000–£30,000 per year plus bonus, with clear progression pathways into Business Development and Account Management for high performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' telesales, new business or internal sales experience.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversion.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote relevant company services.
• Respond professionally to inbound sales enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the CRM system.
• Manage a personal pipeline of opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Work closely with Business Development Managers and the wider sales team.
• Re-engage dormant and lapsed customers.
• Work consistently towards agreed sales targets, activity levels and KPIs.
