Brook Street Recruitment is partnering with a Belfast client to recruit an Outbound Sales Consultant. This role is predominantly outbound telephone-based sales, focused on targeted business audiences and specialist financial advisory services.

You will work with a researched contact list, build rapport with directors and owners, and progress opportunities through structured follow-up. A resilient, target-driven approach and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales or telesales experience preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with business owners and directors.
• Strong objection handling and listening skills.
• Comfort with CRM systems and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound calls to targeted contacts from company-provided lists.
• Engage with business owners and directors to articulate value.
• Manage follow-up emails and nurture opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and track activity and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimise campaigns.
