Brook Street Recruitment is partnering with our Belfast client to recruit an outbound Sales Consultant. You will conduct proactive outbound calls to targeted contacts, engage business directors and articulate the value of our financial advisory services.

You won’t source leads from scratch; you’ll work with pre-qualified lists and collaborate with Marketing to convert conversations into opportunities. Maintain CRM records, manage follow-ups and targets in a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or telesales roles is highly desirable.
• Ability to build rapport and manage objections to achieve targets.
• Experience engaging with business owners or high-value clients is advantageous.
• CRM familiarity and strong administrative skills.
• Willingness to learn and work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound calls to targeted contacts using lead lists.
• Engage with business owners and directors to present financial advisory services.
• Build rapport, qualify opportunities and handle objections to progress conversations.
• Follow structured lead management and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage daily call schedules.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximize outreach campaigns.
