Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Agent for a hybrid role in Peterlee. You will generate and close new business opportunities, make high volumes of outbound calls, and handle inbound leads while building relationships with business customers in the water and utilities sector.

You will identify cross-sell opportunities for water, waste and other utility services, prepare quotations, manage your sales pipeline and record activities in Salesforce.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, telesales or business development.
Confident speaking to business owners and decision-makers.
Motivated by commission and achieving results.
Organised and able to manage their own pipeline.
Comfortable making outbound calls and working to targets.

Responsibilities

Outbound Sales Agent - Water & Utilities

Peterlee | Hybrid | £26,678-£29,987 + OTE £42k+ | Monday-Friday

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Outbound Sales Agent who enjoys winning new business, building relationships and closing deals?

We're looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Agent to join a growing commercial sales team in Peterlee, selling water services to business customers while identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional utility services.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a target-driven sales environment, wants to earn strong commission and is looking for genuine progression potential as a Sales Agent.

What You'll Be Doing

Generate and close your own new business opportunities

Salary & Hours

£26,678-£29,987 basic salary

OTE £42,000+

37.5 hours per week

Monday-Friday | 9:00am-5:00pm

Hybrid working - up to 3 days from home
