Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group in Peterlee is looking for a Direct Sales Advisor to join a growing utilities sales team selling water and waste services to SMEs. The role involves high-volume outbound calls and building a robust sales pipeline.

Full training is provided, with uncapped commission (OTE £40K+), 37.5-hour weeks, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, and hybrid work after probation. Opportunities for progression exist.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers.
• Speak with business owners and decision-makers to sell water and waste services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build rapport and develop strong relationships for repeat business.
• Handle objections and close sales to meet/exceed targets.
• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline.

The Opportunity

Are you a confident B2B salesperson who enjoys cold calling, winning new business and closing deals?

Join a growing utilities sales team in Peterlee, selling water and waste services to small and medium-sized businesses.

The Role
