CCA Recruitment Group is recruiting an Outbound Sales Advisor for a Peterlee role offering hybrid working after 12 weeks. The position focuses on selling water and waste services to SMEs with training provided and uncapped OTE.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with a base salary between £26,678 and £29,987 and strong progression potential. You’ll build a high-volume sales pipeline, engage decision-makers, and drive revenue while meeting and exceeding targets in a supportive, target-driven

12+ months outbound B2B sales experience.
Confident telephone manner.
Proven sales and target achievement.
Strong objection handling skills.

The Opportunity

Are you a confident salesperson who enjoys cold calling, winning new business and closing deals?

We're looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Advisor to join a growing utilities sales team in Peterlee, selling water and waste services to small and medium-sized businesses.

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you'll receive full training, uncapped commission and clear opportunities to progress your career.

The Role

Make high-volume outbound calls
Speak with business owners and decision-makers
Sell water and waste services
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Build rapport and develop strong relationships
Handle objections and close sales
Generate and manage your own sales pipeline
Work towards and exceed sales targets
Identify opportunities for additional services
