Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group in Peterlee seeks an Outbound Sales Advisor to join a growing utilities sales team, selling water and waste services to small and medium-sized businesses. You will make high-volume outbound calls and manage your own sales pipeline.

The role includes full training, uncapped commission, and clear opportunities to progress. Hybrid working after 12 weeks, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 12+ months outbound B2B sales experience is required.
• Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and close deals.
• Resilient and motivated by results with good time management.

The Opportunity

Are you a confident salesperson who enjoys cold calling, winning new business and closing deals?

We're looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Advisor to join a growing utilities sales team in Peterlee, selling water and waste services to small and medium-sized businesses.

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you'll receive full training, uncapped commission and clear opportunities to progress your career.

The Role

• Make high-volume outbound calls


• Speak with business owners and decision-makers


• Sell water and waste services


• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions


• Build rapport and develop strong relationships


• Handle objections and close sales


• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline


• Work towards and exceed sales targets


• Identify opportunities for additional services

What We're Looking For

• 12+ months outbound B2B sales experience
