Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group in Peterlee is seeking a confident Direct Sales Advisor to sell water and waste services to small and medium‑sized businesses. You will make high‑volume outbound calls to business owners, identify needs, and close deals, with full training and uncapped commission.

The role offers a base salary of 26,678–29,987 GBP, an OTE of 40K+ uncapped, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, and hybrid working after probation. 37.5 hours per week with clear progression opportunities.

Are you a confident B2B salesperson who enjoys cold calling, winning new business and closing deals?

Join a growing utilities sales team in Peterlee, selling water and waste services to small and medium-sized businesses.
