Job summary

Ant Marketing in Sheffield.city centre is seeking an experienced outbound sales advisor to drive new business for our payment processing team. You will make outbound calls to prospective business customers, qualify needs and present card payment solutions.

This office-based role offers £13.00 per hour with pay progression and uncapped commission, a 37.5–40 hour week 8:00am–8:00pm, and clear opportunities for advancement in a supportive call centre.

Qualifications

• At least six months’ experience in telesales, outbound sales, call centre sales or face-to-face sales.
• Confidence in closing sales and overcoming customer objections.
• Experience working towards KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers.
• Ask effective questions to understand their payment-processing requirements.
• Introduce suitable card payment and merchant service solutions.
• Clearly explain the features and benefits of the available products.
• Confidently handle objections and close sales over the telephone.
• Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately record customer information and process sales through a CRM system.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach on every call.
