Ant Marketing in Sheffield is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor to join the Payment Solutions team. You will contact prospective business customers, present card payment solutions, and work toward sales targets from a central Sheffield office.

This fully office-based role offers £13.00 per hour with pay progression and uncapped commission, 20 days’ annual leave plus eight bank holidays, and regular incentives. Strong communication and closing ability are essential.

Qualifications

• At least six months’ experience in telesales, outbound sales, call centre sales or face-to-face sales.
• Confident in closing sales and overcoming customer objections.
• Experience working towards KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Motivated, resilient and results-focused.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• CRM experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers.
• Ask effective questions to understand their payment-processing requirements.
• Introduce suitable card payment and merchant service solutions.
• Clearly explain the features and benefits of the available products.
• Confidently handle objections and close sales over the telephone.
• Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately record customer information and process sales through a CRM system.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach on every call.
