Job summary

Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd in Cotgrave, Nottingham NG12, is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor for a warm-lead role with no cold calling. The position offers a £25,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission and a realistic £35,000–£40,000 OTE, for a full-time, office-based role.

You will contact customers who have already placed online orders, discuss requirements, and upsell relevant health products to achieve sales targets while earning incentives and progression opportunities.

Outbound Sales Advisor

Are you a Sales Advisor, Telesales Executive, Sales Executive or Customer Sales Advisor looking for a role where you can earn excellent commission without cold calling?

Our client is a growing and successful natural health products business based in Cotgrave, Nottingham. Due to continued growth, they are looking for confident and motivated Outbound Sales Advisors to join their established sales team.

No experience required - just a great attitude and a willingness to succeed.

This is a warm-lead sales position - there is no cold calling. You'll contact customers who have already placed an online order, discuss their purchase and recommend relevant additional products.

You'll be working with fresh, high-intent customer leads, with the business currently achieving conversion rates of around 30%.

With a £25,000 basic salary, uncapped commission and realistic earnings of £35,000-£40,000 OTE, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers and wants to maximise their earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contacting customers who have recently placed online orders

What Does Success Look Like?

You'll typically manage 80-100 customer orders per day, with successful advisors achieving around 1-2 additional sales per hour.

The focus isn't simply on making calls. You'll be expected to understand the customer's requirements, recommend appropriate products and provide a positive customer experience while achieving your sales targets.
