Job summary

Kite Human Capital is recruiting an Outbound FX Salesperson for an FCA-regulated FX broker in London. This is an outbound, new‑business role targeting businesses with £1m+ annual FX flow and booking qualified meetings for the closing team.

You’ll handle onboarding admin and compliance before handing accounts to the dealing team. Base salary is £30,000–£40,000 with commission; Year 1 OTE is £6,000–£10,000 and Year 2 OTE can reach around £90,000 with progression to Senior FX Sales.

• FX experience desirable but not required.

Outbound FX Sales | £30,000 – £40,000 base + commission | London

We are hiring an Outbound FX Salesperson for an FCA-regulated FX broking business.

This is an outbound, new-business role. You will be responsible for engaging businesses with £1m+ in annual FX flow, across the UK, mainland Europe and the UAE, and booking qualified meetings for the closing team.

Following each meeting, you will handle the onboarding admin, compliance and account opening paperwork, before handing the relationship to the dealing team for ongoing management.

Role and responsibilities

• Conduct outbound, new-business cold calling with no sector or geographic restrictions
• Book qualified sales meetings against monthly targets
• Handle onboarding admin post-meeting, including compliance and account opening paperwork
• Hand live accounts to the dealing team for ongoing servicing

Compensation and progression

• Commission: 10% as standard for meetings booked and closed by the client's sales lead; where a Corporate FX Consultant closes an account independently, commission increases to 20%
• Commission is payable for the lifetime of the client relationship
• Year 1 OTE circa £6,000–£10,000 in addition to base salary
• On reaching year 1 target, progression into Senior FX Sales is available, with added responsibility for opening and closing independently, with Year 2 OTE of approximately £90,000
• Proven B2B cold-calling experience is essential; FX experience is desirable but not required
• Confident, resilient and comfortable working to outbound targets

Working arrangements

Office-based, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30.
