Job summary

Screen International Group Ltd. is expanding its FX sales desk and seeks a driven Junior FX Broker to join the team. You will learn how to build a book of clients, understand FX markets, and convert leads into long-term relationships.

You will receive full FX sales training, ongoing coaching, and a clear progression path to Senior Broker within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with strong phone presence.
• Resilient, competitive and motivated to earn.
• Ability to learn quickly and take feedback.
• Commercial mindset; comfortable speaking with business owners.
• Preferably local to Brentwood/Essex/East London.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to warm and cold prospects.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Explain FX products and solutions confidently.
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Support senior brokers and learn the full FX sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.

About the Role

The client is expanding their FX sales desk and looking for a driven, energetic Junior FX Broker to join the team. This is a fast-paced, phone-focused role where you’ll learn how to build a book of clients, understand FX markets, and convert leads into long-term relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound sales calls to warm and cold prospects




• Building and managing your own client portfolio




• Explaining FX products and solutions confidently




• Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs




• Supporting senior brokers and learning the full FX sales cycle




• Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-ups
