Job summary

Four-Squared-Recruitment-1 is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for an outbound calling role in Redditch. You will make a high volume of outbound calls to customers, build rapport, and identify opportunities to reconnect with those who haven’t engaged recently.

The role requires experience in contact centre, telesales or outbound roles with a confident telephone manner and strong communication. Salary up to £26,000 plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, contact centre, telesales or outbound calling roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident telephone manner with ability to handle objections.
• Strong listening and questioning skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Resilient and positive when handling rejection.
• Good attention to detail and administrative skills.
• IT literate and confident using CRM systems.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to existing customers.
• Reconnect and engage with customers who have not interacted with the business for some time.
• Build positive relationships through friendly and professional conversations.
• Understand customer needs, preferences and future requirements.
• Gather customer feedback and market insight.
• Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems.
• Manage customer follow-ups and ongoing communication.
• Achieve agreed activity and performance targets.
