Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a call centre or telephony environment.
• Proactive approach and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers, third parties, repairers, and stakeholders to progress claims.
• Gather key information, assess claim circumstances, and determine next steps.
