Equals One Ltd in Halifax is seeking an experienced outbound sales professional for our Advertising Sales Centre. This role is phone-based, targeting local businesses with advertising opportunities across our range of publications.

Two years' outbound B2B sales or telesales experience is essential. You will build a pipeline, meet targets, log activity in our CRM, and enjoy a supportive team in a growth-focused publishing business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or telephone advertising sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Experience using a CRM to log calls and track opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to local businesses.
• Introduce publications and advertising opportunities effectively.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers and understand needs.
• Follow up with interested businesses and move opportunities through the sales process.
• Work toward agreed sales targets and maintain CRM records.
• Develop a pipeline of advertisers and convert opportunities into sales.
• Log conversations and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
