Job summary

Equals One Ltd in Halifax is seeking an Advertising Sales (Outbound) Executive to join our central Halifax Sales Centre. You will spend the day speaking with local businesses, presenting advertising opportunities across our community magazines, and driving outbound sales for multiple titles.

The role requires proven outbound sales experience, with the ability to hit targets and build a sales pipeline. Working hours include full-time or part-time options, with a base salary of £30,000 plus bonus

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in telephone advertising sales, telesales, or outbound B2B sales.
• Evidence of achieving sales results or targets is required.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to local businesses.
• Introduce advertising opportunities across publications.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable options.
• Follow up with businesses who received information.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and performance objectives.
• Log calls, conversations and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Schedule and complete follow-up calls.
• Develop a pipeline of prospective advertisers and convert opportunities into sales.
