Ward Security is seeking a professional Out of Hours Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at a prominent corporate building in central London. You will supervise the security team during night and weekend shifts, ensuring safety for people, property and assets while delivering exceptional service to staff and visitors.

This role requires effective communication, leadership, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence valid is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of proven Security Supervisor experience.

We are recruiting a highly motivated and professional Out of Hours Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at a prominent corporate building in the heart of the City of London. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supervising the security team during night and weekend shifts, ensuring the safety of the client’s people, property and assets while delivering exceptional customer service to staff and visitors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Security Supervisor who can lead by example, communicate effectively and respond confidently to challenges in a busy corporate environment.

Location: London, EC3V 0BG

Pay Rate: £15.28 per hour

Shift Pattern: Week 1 – Monday to Wednesday nights, Saturday and Sunday days. Week 2 – Thursday to Sunday nights.

Requirement: Valid SIA Licence and a minimum of one year's proven Security Supervisor experience.
