Job summary

Park’s Motor Group invites applications for a Park’s Sales Executive at Ford Ayr. This 5‑day week role includes a company vehicle and an OTE of £50K uncapped earnings, with training to deliver an outstanding customer experience across our brands.

You will convert leads, arrange test drives, complete sales paperwork, and keep customers informed throughout the order process, supported by a family‑run business that values growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Be confident and engaging in customer interactions.
• Be self-driven to achieve sales targets.
• Able to build lasting relationships with customers of Park’s Motor Group.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Able to work well in a team and contribute to group targets.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all dealings.
• Hold a full valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Convert telephone, digital and showroom visitors to customers by building relationships.
• Check vehicle availability and understand customers’ needs when selecting a new car.
• Coordinate with Product Genie to provide detailed vehicle information and arrange test drives.
• Assist customers with completing paperwork and offer add-on packages as appropriate.
• Keep customers updated on order progress and communications.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections to ensure a smooth handover of the new vehicle.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales targets for the dealership.
