Job summary

Park’s Motor Group is seeking a Sales Executive at our Suzuki Bathgate franchise. You will work a 5-day week with structured training to handle every aspect of the customer experience, representing one or more of our 29 world-class brands.

We provide training to help you thrive and deliver an outstanding customer journey, including test drives, paperwork assistance, and proactive communication to keep customers updated.

Qualifications

• Be confident and engaging in interactions with customers.
• Be self-driven for success and motivated to meet targets.
• Ability to build natural, lasting relationships with Park’s customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Act as a team player to achieve dealership goals.
• Display honesty and integrity in all dealings.
• Hold a valid Full Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Convert telephone, digital and showroom visitors to Park’s customers by building relationships.
• Use systems to check vehicle availability and match customer needs.
• Collaborate with Product Genius to provide detailed vehicle information and a standout test drive experience.
• Assist customers with completing paperwork and discuss add-on packages.
• Keep customers informed on order progress and delivery timelines.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections and deliver an exceptional handover experience.
