Job summary

Henkel GCC in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a data analytics professional to lead OTC/CSM reporting and analytics. You will transform data into insights, support continuous improvement, and collaborate across CSX, supply chain and CoE teams using SAP, Power BI, and AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in Data Analytics, Reporting & Analytics, Business Intelligence and/or Predictive Analytics roles.
• Previous experience within Customer Service, Order-to-Cash or Supply Chain is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Power Query and SQL, together with strong Excel skills including VBA/macros.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Celonis, Power Automate and/or other automation tools would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Customer Service Management (CSM) activities.
• Balance customer needs against supply chain capabilities in collaboration with multiple teams.
• Monitor service commitments and provide timely information to support customer service.
• Develop regional reports, dashboards and analytics with CSX and CSXE teams.
• Act as a trusted business partner translating business challenges into data and analytics solutions.
• Transform data into insights, identify trends and improvement opportunities for decision making.
• Apply predictive analytics to identify risks and future performance scenarios.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide analytical consultancy to CSX and CoE.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics.
• Identify data harmonisation opportunities and improve data quality and maintenance.
• Provide training on reporting tools and solutions as a regional contact for Global Reporting & Analytics.
