Job summary

Henkel is seeking a data‑driven analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights, supporting Customer Experience and Order‑to‑Cash processes. You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs and collaborate with CSX, Supply Planning and other teams to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

3-5 years' experience in a Data Analyst, Data Scientist or similar analytics role.
Experience within Customer Service, Order-to-Cash or Supply Chain preferred.
Fluent in English.
Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Power Query, and Excel (VBA/macros).
Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Manage OTC and CSM activities with data‑driven service delivery.
Collaborate with CSX, Supply Planning, Logistics and other functions.
Develop regional reports, dashboards and analytics with CSX/CSXE teams.
Transform data into actionable insights for decision‑making.
Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and provide analytical consultancy to CSX/CoE.
