Job description

Location: Northern Ireland

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a highly skilled OT Technology Leader to manage and coordinate OT systems within the BUs. This role will work closely with local cross‑functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of OT environments, manage OT incidents, and oversee the local implementation of change management processes. As a key liaison between the OT and IT teams at a country level, you will also promote OT/IT convergence initiatives, ensuring seamless communication, integration, and security across the local OT landscape. This is a pivotal country‑based role, focused on improving local OT service management, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing cybersecurity in coordination with local stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 2nd‑level OT incident support, handling escalation and resolution processes locally, coordinating with third parties and internal teams when necessary.
  • Oversee the OPEX and CAPEX change processes within the country, ensuring that all local changes are tracked, documented, and updated in the OT CMDB.
  • Act as the local ambassador for OT/IT convergence initiatives, facilitating collaboration between OT and IT teams to ensure smooth integration and process alignment at the country level.
  • Manage the onboarding of OT devices to systems such as OT Active Directory, and oversee the lifecycle of OT applications specific to the local environment, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Lead local security assessments for OT systems, implement security best practices, and collaborate with the Managed Detection and Response (MxDR) team to resolve security incidents specific to the country’s OT operations.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with local stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams, ensuring everyone is informed and trained on OT processes and cybersecurity protocols.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in OT or IT environments with a focus on incident and change management.
  • Experience with OT systems (ICS, SCADA) and managing OT devices in a country‑specific or regional context.
  • Strong project management experience, particularly in local OPEX and CAPEX processes.
  • Knowledge of OT security standards and best practices, including segmentation and vulnerability management.
