Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Associate Director to shape its OT & Cybersecurity practice within Digital & Data. You will lead complex OT and cybersecurity engagements for critical infrastructure clients across energy, water, aviation and rail, ensuring secure, resilient operations.

You will mentor teams, engage senior stakeholders, and help grow the practice through capability development and new business opportunities. Hybrid working is available across the UK.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in Operational Technology (OT) and cybersecurity within critical national infrastructure sectors.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop people and deliver complex programmes.
• Strong engagement with senior client stakeholders and ability to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex OT and cybersecurity engagements for critical national infrastructure and regulated industry clients.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and ensure high-quality delivery outcomes.
• Mentor and develop the team, identify growth opportunities, and support new business development.
