Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Associate Director to shape its OT & Cybersecurity practice within the Digital & Data business. The role focuses on leading complex OT security engagements for critical national infrastructure and regulated sectors, while guiding teams and expanding client relationships across energy, water, aviation and rail.

You will influence major programmes, develop high-performing teams, and drive growth with senior clients, contributing to Jacobs' continued leadership in OT

Qualifications

• Strong experience within Operational Technology (OT) in critical infrastructure sectors.
• Experience leading teams, developing people and creating high-performing environments.
• Track record of delivering complex OT, cybersecurity or engineering programmes with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of OT security principles and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex OT and cybersecurity engagements for critical national infrastructure and regulated industry clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across projects and client organisations.
• Mentor and develop team capabilities and contribute to business growth.
