Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Associate Director to shape its OT & Cybersecurity practice for critical national infrastructure. You will lead complex OT and cybersecurity engagements, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient operations.

You’ll mentor teams, drive business growth, and build trusted client relationships while guiding cross-disciplinary teams across energy, water, aviation and rail sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading OT and cybersecurity engagements for critical national infrastructure clients.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and develop people to high performance.
• Strong understanding of OT security principles and cross-disciplinary direction.
