Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Associate Director to shape its OT & Cybersecurity practice within Digital & Data, delivering complex engagements for critical infrastructure clients across energy, water, aviation and rail.

The role combines technical leadership with people development and client engagement in a collaborative, growing environment. Hybrid work is available with UK travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Operational Technology (OT) within critical national infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record of leading teams and developing people.
• Experience delivering complex OT, cybersecurity or engineering programmes.
• Ability to engage senior client stakeholders and provide technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of OT security principles and direction across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex OT and cybersecurity engagements for critical infrastructure and regulated clients.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and ensure high-quality delivery outcomes.
• Contribute to growth of the practice through team leadership, mentoring, and capability development.
