Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an OT cybersecurity Project Manager to lead complex programmes securing UK's Critical National Infrastructure across Energy, Water, Rail and Defence. You will coordinate engineers, operators and security specialists to deliver resilient, compliant solutions while maintaining tight governance and cost controls.

The role requires stakeholder leadership, rigorous risk management, and the ability to translate technical concepts for business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex OT/cybersecurity projects.
• Experience in Critical National Infrastructure environments.
• Strong governance, RAID, budgeting, and reporting skills.
• Ability to translate technical requirements for business Stakeholders.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of OT and cybersecurity project delivery from concept to handover.
• Lead programmes to improve cyber resilience, asset visibility, segmentation, and vulnerability management.
• Coordinate engineers, operators, cybersecurity specialists, clients and partners.
• Shape delivery strategy, governance, scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues and change activities; support decisions.
• Communicate complex cybersecurity concepts in business terms; build client relationships.
