Jacobs in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Associate Director to shape its OT & Cybersecurity practice within Digital & Data, supporting critical infrastructure clients across energy, water, aviation and rail. You will join a growing team at an exciting stage, balancing technical leadership with client engagement and business growth.

This role offers hybrid working with travel across the UK and Europe, and requires BPSS clearance and UK Security Vetting at SC level.

Qualifications

• Significant OT experience in critical national infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record leading teams and developing people.
• Delivery of complex OT, cybersecurity or engineering programmes with senior stakeholders.
• Strong OT security principles and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
