Diageo is seeking an Operational Technology Cyber Resilience Lead to own and embed the OT cyber resilience strategy across our global manufacturing sites. You will partner with Operations Teams, GBS and the Digital & Automation team to continually refine resilience plans and drive measurable improvements.

The role requires leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to translate complex technical risk for non-technical stakeholders across markets, time zones and cultures.

Formación

• Experience in leading OT cyber resilience initiatives across global manufacturing sites.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in change management and programme delivery.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443 and NIST cybersecurity frameworks.
• Strong project/programme management capabilities.
• Understanding of IT/OT networking and manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own and embed the OT cyber resilience strategy aligned with the OT Cyber Security Governance Strategy.
• Support sites in implementing OT Cyber Resilience plans.
• Develop training and awareness programmes to build organisational capability.
• Lead site stakeholder engagement from OT Leads to Operations Directors.
• Communicate technical risks and mitigation plans to diverse audiences.
• Build business cases and secure funding for resilience initiatives.
• Foster internal and external partnerships to support the programme.
• Ensure a coherent approach using industry frameworks and standards.
• Guide and motivate the OT community to meet cybersecurity objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics reflecting programme effectiveness.
