Job summary

Diageo seeks an Operational Technology Cyber Resilience Lead to shape and deliver a global OT cyber resilience program across manufacturing sites. You will partner with Operations, GBS, and the Digital & Automation team to embed resilience plans, communicate risk to senior stakeholders, and lead change initiatives in a complex, multinational environment.

You will report to the OT Cyber Security Governance Manager, drive governance, and leverage IEC 62443 and NIST standards to protect Industrial

Qualifications

Strong leadership with ability to drive change in global manufacturing settings.
Experience embedding cyber resilience programs in OT environments.
Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST standards and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Own and embed the OT cyber resilience strategy across sites.
Support sites in implementing OT resilience plans and training.
Lead stakeholder engagement from OT leads to Operations Directors.
Communicate technical risks and mitigation plans clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Develop metrics and dashboards to reflect program effectiveness.
Secure funding and build partnerships internally and externally.
Ensure coherent methodologies leveraging industry frameworks.
Guide the OT community to meet cybersecurity objectives.
Collaborate across markets, functions and time zones.
