Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Manufacturing Systems Cybersecurity Global Lead to define global OT cybersecurity strategy across a distributed manufacturing network. You will collaborate with engineering, IT, cybersecurity, and site leadership to standardize controls and improve resilience.

The role requires strong OT/ICS knowledge, governance experience, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across multiple sites worldwide.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity, ICS, manufacturing networks and frameworks.
• Experience developing and implementing global standards and governance across sites.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain global OT cybersecurity strategy and standards.
• Collaborate with site leadership to implement standards across locations.
• Lead evaluation and deployment of OT cybersecurity technologies.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing sites to ensure compliance and resilience.
• Conduct periodic assessments, identify risks, and drive remediation actions.
