Convatec is seeking a commercially driven Account Manager, Ostomy Care in Scotland/North Ireland to grow our Ostomy Care portfolio across the territory. The role involves regular travel to NHS clinical stakeholders in acute and primary care and requires a full driving licence.

Formación

• 2+ years of medical device sales experience, ideally 4+ years.
• Experience selling into the NHS.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience engaging directly with clinical stakeholders.
• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
• Data-driven and commercially focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities.
• Confident working independently and cross-functionally.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and hands-on approach.

Responsabilidades

• Grow sales and market share across your territory.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute effective account plans.
• Build strong relationships with NHS clinical stakeholders.
• Create compelling value-based solutions using customer data.
• Grow advocacy for Convatec’s Ostomy Care portfolio.
• Promote Amcare as a DAC provider.
• Identify customer needs across the stoma patient pathway.
• Build relationships with Ostomy patient associations.
• Support patient and HCP education initiatives.
• Attend relevant customer events and conferences.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and business reporting.
