Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Continence Care Specialist to drive sustainable territory growth by engaging with clinical and commercial stakeholders across community and acute care settings.

You will educate, train and support formulary implementation, develop pathways, and pull-through approved initiatives to increase Convatec product adoption. This field-based role requires ~90% customer facing, a company car, and four days in the field weekly.

Qualifications

• Proven clinical experience.
• Proven sales experience in medical devices, healthcare or pharma.
• Degree educated or equivalent, ideally with a scientific/healthcare/nursing background.
• Able to collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong territory planning and account management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key prescribing and clinical stakeholders across acute and community care.
• Initiate and support product evaluations in hospital and community settings.
• Drive product uptake following formulary approval and guideline inclusion.
• Increase access to Convatec brands via formulary inclusion and pathways.
• Deliver training to ensure safe, effective use of Convatec products.
• Plan local educational initiatives and clinical activities to support growth.
