Job summary

Convatec is seeking a qualified Nurse RGN to educate and support healthcare professionals and internal teams on ostomy care. The role involves clinical education from diagnosis through the care continuum, collaboration with Amcare and marketing, and delivering education sessions for professionals and end users.

You will travel daily across your territory (4 days in acute settings) and build relationships with KOLs and advocates, ensuring standards compliance and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse RGN (essential).
• Nursing Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Recognised Stoma Care Qualification.
• Car driver essential Full driving license required.
• Proven experience with stoma care / colorectal area.
• Disclosure and Barring service check.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical voice for Ostomy product usage and referrals.
• Share clinical input for contracts, tenders and tariff applications.
• Develop and refresh internal clinical induction training for Ostomy/Amcare teams.
• Deliver educational programmes and case studies to professionals and end users.
• Attend conferences to develop knowledge and engage with peers.
• Collaborate with marketing to produce educational materials.
